Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies in line with brand objectives.
Identify, recruit, and build relationships with relevant KOLs/influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Negotiate contracts and manage collaboration terms with influencers and agencies.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing detailed reports and improvement plans.
Ensure timely and efficient execution of KOL campaigns across all markets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, product) to align influencer content with brand messaging.
Stay updated with influencer trends, platforms, and best practices to bring innovation to campaigns.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Must be proficient in English (spoken and written).
Minimum 1 years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing.
Having experience in Indonesia's local beauty, personal care, or FMCG industries.
Familiar with models on major Indonesian e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, and possessing a keen insight into TikTok content trends and local market hot topics.
Proven track record in managing successful influencer campaigns is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with influencer databases, platforms, and analytics tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Willing to work-on site (WFO) in Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat.
