Your tasks
- Managing and supervising daily construction site operations.
- Supervising workers, foremen, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Monitoring project progress, manpower deployment, materials, and equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace safety requirements and applicable regulations.
- Conducting site inspections and maintaining construction quality standards.
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Preparing site progress reports and maintaining relevant project records.
- Identifying and resolving site issues, delays, and defects.
- Performing other reasonable duties related to construction site management as assigned by the company.
Requirements
- Practical construction experience
- Relevant Technical qualifications may be accepted depending on the employer and the nature of the project.
- Ability to manage construction workers, subcontractors and daily site activities.
- Experience monitoring project schedule ,quality, materials and manpower.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials and site procedures.
- Relevant Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Training.
- Able to work 6 Days in week(Sat & Sunday inclusive)
- Any 1 day from the weekday will be the off day.
- Able to attend and answer the phone calls of Customer enquiry
- Able to do the electrical & Plumbing works
