Senior IT Consultant / Business Analyst

Responsibilities: Involved in Business Analysis, Design, UAT and Requirement 's Gathering. Managed Clients / Stakeholders Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Support and Consultation. Proven record of business analysis experience in system implementation projects in Banking domain. Experience with application development/systems implementation, documentation, and improvement. Liaise with business and IT stakeholders and end users to clarify requirements, and to prepare detailed user stories/functional specification document for software product development.

Requirements: Strong in Business Analysis and providing Consultation work. Good in providing consultancy, analysis and support. Good Client and Stakeholder Management. Responsible for Service Level Agreement (SLA). Experience in managing service delivery. Involved in managing Stakeholders and Business Users. Experience in providing User Support, Requirements' Gathering. Knowledge of IT, Software Solutions and Technologies. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Good Customer Service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
