Star Arctic Hotel is located in a unique location on top of a fell, in the middle of the arctic wilderness and stunning national park landscapes. The hotel offers high-end accommodation in spectacular suites, where you can stay above the clouds and enjoy Lapland's peace at its best. We are now looking for a skilled night receptionist for our client in Saariselkä for the winter season 2026-2027!
As a night receptionist, you will be working when others are sleeping. Diverse work tasks include, for example, checking guests in and out of high-quality accommodation, processing reports, customer service, and preparing for the next day. During your shift, you will work independently and are responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel during the night. We hope the applicant has previous reception work experience, an independent work attitude, and fluent English language skills.
Full-time, 90h/3wks, fixed-term employment starting in mid-November and lasting until the end of the winter season, March 2027. In the terms of employment, we follow the collective agreement for travel, catering, and leisure services; salary according to the agreement and experience. Housing will be arranged near the Saariselkä center in a private room for a reasonable rent.

- Education and/or previous work experience in night receptionist work
- An independent and solution-oriented work attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluent English language skills; the work team and customers are international
- Knowledge of Mews / Fareharbor systems is considered an advantage
- B-driver's license and a personal car will facilitate commuting and moving around the area
