Star Arctic Hotel is located in a unique location on top of a fell, in the middle of the arctic wilderness and stunning national park landscapes. The hotel offers high-end accommodation in spectacular suites, where you can stay above the clouds and enjoy Lapland's peace at its best. Pre-tailored full-service packages make vacationing effortless, and a diverse range of activities offers experiences for every taste. The scenic restaurant Restaurant Kaunis serves culinary experiences inspired by Lapland's nature in both the restaurant and the bar, and the evening can be concluded atmospherically by the lounge bar's fireplace. We are now looking for skilled and hardworking housekeepers for our client in Saariselkä for the winter season 2026-2027!
As a housekeeper, you will work as part of a team, contributing with your own important work to attractive and clean landscape suites as well as common areas - your contribution is extremely important for the customers' comfort! The applicant we are looking for already has previous cleaning experience, a proactive attitude, and a keen eye for detail and cleanliness. The customers' high-end accommodations are separate landscape suites, so moving between accommodation sites takes place outdoors.
A fixed-term, 90 h/3 weeks employment begins in mid-November and lasts until the end of the winter season, March 2027. In the terms of employment, we follow the collective agreement for tourism, catering, and leisure services; salary is according to the agreement and experience. Accommodation will be arranged near the Saariselkä center in a private room for a reasonable rent.

- Fluent English language skills, other languages are an advantage
- Good physical fitness and ability to handle pressure
- Knowledge of the Mews system is an advantage
- B-driver's license; having your own car facilitates commuting and moving around the area
