Subject Teacher

Responsibilities:

Teach Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and English in line with the approved curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and instructional materials. Assess, evaluate, and monitor students' academic progress. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Prepare students for internal and external examinations. Provide academic guidance and support to students. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities. Communicate effectively with parents on students' academic progress when required. Perform other teaching-related duties assigned by the school management.

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant discipline (B.Ed., B.Sc./B.A. with PGDE). A minimum of 2-3 years teaching experience in a secondary school. Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) is an added advantage.

Skills and Competences:

Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and English. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Good lesson planning and assessment skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic educational technology. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Passion for teaching and student development.

Location: Applicants must live within the Egbe Idimu, Ikotun, Egbeda, Ejigbo, Igando, or Alimosho axis.

Remuneration: NGN 70,000 - 100,000 Monthly
