HIRING: PROJECT SUPERVISOR – CONSTRUCTION

Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Project Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently and according to project requirements and timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities and site operations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, suppliers and other project parties.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved plans and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work quality.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and site procedures.
• Monitor manpower, materials and equipment required for the project.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.
• Prepare site progress updates and report project matters to management.
• Ensure the project site is properly organised and maintained.

Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to lead workers and subcontractors effectively.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications will be an advantage.
