HIRING: PROJECT MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION

Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for project coordination, site operations, manpower, timelines, quality and overall project performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Plan and coordinate daily project.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, workers, suppliers and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, work schedules and manpower requirements.
• Ensure works are carried out according to project plans, specifications and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and relevant Singapore construction requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing construction projects and site teams.
• Good leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.
• Relevant construction qualifications/certifications will be an advantage.
