HR Generalist

STANCOLAC is looking for candidates for the position of HR Generalist.

Main responsibilities:

• Support all human resources processes (recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation).
• Coordination of interviews and communication with candidates.
• Monitoring attendance, leaves, and other personnel data.
• Support for employee engagement actions and corporate culture.
• Advisory support to employees and managers on HR matters.
• Participation in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Higher Education Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Officer position.
• Good knowledge of Greek labor law.
• Experience in recruitment processes and personnel management.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to organize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
