Internship Content Creator & Social Media Manager (m/f/d) | starting March 2027
Introduction
MISSION
Social media is not just where you spend time – it is where you spot what matters next.
We are looking for a creative and social-first intern who will help shape and grow STAN’s presence across our social media channels. Someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, knows the difference between a strong Instagram Reel and a relevant LinkedIn post, and can turn ideas into content independently.
About us
STAN is a global creative group working where culture moves.
Across our global network, we bring together talented strategists, creators and technologists who believe that culture is built – not bought .
We believe in the work, the craft, and the people we build with.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You take an active role in managing and developing STAN’s organic social media channels, with a particular focus on Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Help shape a distinctive visual style across STAN’s channels — bringing a strong eye for photography, framing, editing and how content works together.
- Maintain a consistent publishing rhythm, balancing planned content with spontaneous moments from agency life.
- Create content that invites conversation, sharing and participation — using audience response to sharpen what we publish next
- You develop fresh ideas, recurring formats and an editorial plan that bring our agency, projects, people and culture to life.
- You create platform-native content independently – from the initial idea, concept and copy to shooting, editing and publishing.
- You produce engaging Reels, Stories, short-form videos, carousels, photographs and behind-the-scenes content.
- You identify relevant stories within the agency and turn them into content people want to watch, read and share.
- You capture content during shoots, events, presentations and everyday agency life.
- You write engaging captions and editorial copy in English.
- You adapt content, formats and tone of voice to the respective platform and target audience.
- You interact with our community and help us build meaningful relationships across our social channels.
- You keep an eye on emerging trends, creators, formats and cultural conversations.
- You monitor content performance and use your findings to continuously improve our content and channel strategy.
- You collaborate closely with our Creative, Strategy and People & Culture teams.
YOUR PROFILE
- You are currently enrolled at a university, and the six-month internship is a mandatory part of your studies.
- Social media is your natural habitat – you understand its culture, language, trends and unwritten rules.
- You have a strong aesthetic eye and can show us the brands, creators, photographers or cultural platforms that inspire your taste.
- You’re curious about culture beyond social media — from music and art to fashion, design and emerging communities — and can spot what’s relevant to STAN.
- You know how to make everyday moments feel compelling, with personality and spontaneity, without turning everything into a big production.
- You know how Instagram and LinkedIn work and understand that successful content requires a different approach on each platform.
- You actively manage at least one public social media channel of your own and have already built a relevant and engaged following.
- You can show us content you have created and explain the idea behind it and why it worked.
- You have a strong instinct for storytelling, visuals, timing and tone of voice.
- You are confident creating content independently with a smartphone and editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar.
- You feel comfortable working both behind and, occasionally, in front of the camera.
- You are interested in branding, design, advertising, culture, fashion and emerging technologies.
- You work independently, reliably and in a well-organised manner.
- You are proactive, curious and confident enough to contribute and pitch your own ideas.
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills.
