About the Role:
Stamford American International School seeks an experienced and visionary Principal, Elementary to be responsible for the educational vision, leadership, and day-to-day management of students aged 18 months to 11 years old. Reporting directly to the Head of School, the Principal, Elementary will bring proven expertise in advancing the school vision and ethos, maintaining high standards in curriculum development, programme assessment, professional development, and staff evaluation, while overseeing budgets and fostering effective communication with parents and the broader school community

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in educational leadership / administration (preferred)
- At least 5 years of International teaching and administrative leadership experience
- Knowledge and experience of the Primary Years Programme of the International Baccalaureate Organization
- An extensive background in Pre-N to Grade 5 School curriculum, standards, pedagogy and structure
