Part-Time / Full-Time International School Teacher (Junior College)

About the Role We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable educators to join our growing Stalford Academy. As a Teacher, you will play an important role in helping students achieve their academic potential by delivering engaging lessons, providing personalised guidance, and fostering a positive and motivating learning environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, effective, and student-centred lessons. Teach one or more assigned subjects at Junior College level. Adapt teaching approaches to cater to students with diverse learning needs and abilities. Monitor and assess students' academic progress, providing timely and constructive feedback. Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement, and implement appropriate strategies to support their learning. Maintain effective communication with parents regarding students' progress and development, where required. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and confidence. Contribute to curriculum development and participate in team discussions and professional development activities where applicable. Subjects Available Applicants may specialise in one or more of the following: Economics Management of Business Chemistry Physics H1/H2 Mathematics Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline. Strong academic background in the subject(s) you wish to teach. Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred; however, motivated candidates with a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided. Familiarity with the Singapore MOE syllabus is an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
