StaffPoint is looking for WAITERS for our client Lapland Hotels Saaga for the winter season 2026-2027.
Lapland Hotels Saaga belongs to the prestigious Lapland Hotels family, and the hotel is located in Ylläs, right at the foot of the fell!
Your tasks
Job duties will be determined partly according to the applicant's own strengths and experience. Tasks may include, for example, breakfast and buffet service, bar work and beverage sales, as well as à la carte service. However, the main focus of the shifts will be on buffet service. Join a pleasant and tight-knit team where everyone pulls together, including both new arrivals and veterans from previous seasons!
Saaga's restaurant world includes three differently styled restaurants:
- Buffet restaurant Biegga, which serves authentic flavors for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from a standing table
- Bistro, which offers a relaxed atmosphere alongside Lapland Hotels' classic dishes or perhaps a cocktail prepared by a bartender
- À la Carte restaurant Tsohka, which opens for the spring season and offers authentic and pure Lapland flavors with its high-quality menu.
Requirements
- Previous experience in waiter duties and/or customer service
- An enthusiastic and active work ethic and a customer-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work so-called "jump shifts" if necessary
- Fluent English skills (English is our primary working language); proficiency in Finnish and other languages (especially French) is an advantage.
- Alcohol serving and hygiene certificates
- Teamwork skills and the ability to operate in changing situations

- Your salary will be negotiable based on experience, but at least Marava TES + additions according to the collective agreement

Work is estimated to begin on 19.11.2026, and various types of employment contracts are available from the Christmas season throughout the entire winter season. On average, 90 hours/3 weeks are available. The employment contract is concluded between the employee and StaffPoint.
