StaffPoint is building a talent pool for experienced precast concrete workers for potential assignments in Southern Finland, including Hanko and Raasepori.
Work tasks include preparing and assembling moulds, installing reinforcement and embedded parts, pouring and compacting concrete, finishing surfaces, and checking product dimensions and quality.
Applicants should have at least one year of concrete work experience, precast production experience, good practical skills, physical ability for production work and basic English skills.
This is an open application with no confirmed position or start date, and potential assignments may be full-time (about 40 hours/week) under Finnish collective agreements, so applicants should send an English CV describing products made, duties, mould/reinforcement/pouring experience, English level, location and availability.

About the work
Your tasks may include:

working safely in a precast concrete factory
What we’re looking for
We’d like to hear from you if you have:
at least one year of concrete work experience
experience in precast concrete production
good practical skills and attention to detail
the physical ability to perform production work
a reliable and safety-focused working style
basic English skills
You can apply individually or as part of an experienced working team. In a team of three, at least one person should be able to communicate in English.
What future assignments may offer
Depending on the assignment, we may offer:

approximately 40 working hours per week
