- Prior exp with lab equipment is advantageous!
Your tasks
- Lead and coordinate a team of relocation coordinators.
- Manage large asset data, labelling, inventory records, and excel databases.
- Perform project administration and documentation.
- Monitor and escort vendors during relocation activities.
- Coordinate loading bay, cargo lift, and logistics operations.
- Provide onsite support and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Report progress, issues, and site activities to the Move Day Operations Lead or Project Manager.
Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or any disciplines
- At least 2-3 years of logistics, warehouse operations, asset management, site coordination or relocation projects experience
- Experienced with lab equipment and leading a team will be advantageous
- Willing to perform onsite operational duties

- Location: Near One North MRT (10mins walk from MRT)
- 6 months contract, may renew or convert depending on performance / business needs
