Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning and planned maintenance activities independently.
- Provide front-line field service support, including fault finding, troubleshooting and rectification.
- Ensure all service activities comply with health and safety policies and procedures.
- Prepare accurate service reports and work with technical teams to resolve product issues.
- Use SAP to record service information and manage field service notifications and orders through to completion.
Requirements
- Nitec or Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or any of related discipline.
- Able to perform standby duties and night shift as required.
