x3 Operations Pharmacist (Fulltime, $4000-$5500)

Industry: Healthcare / Pharmacy Salary: $4,000 – $5,500 Location: Pandan Avenue Nearest MRT: Clementi / Jurong East Transport: Company transport provided from Jurong East / Clementi MRT

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm Alternate Saturday, 8:30am – 12:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy operations to ensure safe and timely medication preparation and distribution.
• Lead and allocate work to Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants and support staff.
• Monitor workflow, manpower and operational performance.
• Train and guide team members to maintain service and competency standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve pharmacy processes, productivity and medication safety.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Oversee inventory management and minimise wastage, stock-outs and operational issues.
• Handle service issues and support improvements to the patient/customer experience.
• Support audits, projects and other cross-functional initiatives as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Fully registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and currently practising.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
