Basic + OT + AWS + VB (HIGH GROSS)

Job Scope: Wireman Fabricate Battery Management System (BMS) wiring harnesses, including main harnesses, balancing wires, and communication cables.

Perform precision connector crimping and conduct rigorous wire sequence verification to ensure system integrity.

Execute wiring and integration of DC-DC modules according to engineering specifications.

Implement secure mechanical fixing and high-standard insulation treatments to ensure operational safety.

Construct relay control cables and main circuit harnesses.

Manage connector crimping processes and perform continuity/functional testing to verify circuit reliability.

Assemble pre-charge resistor components in accordance with technical blueprints.

Conduct insulation treatments, resistance value verification, and comprehensive functional testing to meet quality standards.

AV/ CCTV Project Technician Collaborate with Senior Technicians and Engineers to perform high-quality installation, termination, and precision soldering of AV points and ELV systems.

Responsible for the professional connection, configuration, and functional testing of AV equipment to ensure systems meet project specifications.

Monitor and report site progress, providing accurate updates to the drafting team regarding any design changes or as-built modifications during the project lifecycle.

Execute routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks as assigned to ensure long-term stability of the ELV and AV infrastructure.

Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and manage technical responsibilities effectively under tight project schedules and high-pressure environments.

Requirements: Wireman Prior hands-on experience in electrical installations is highly advantageous but not mandatory

AV/ CCTV Project Technician Diploma or ITC in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Hands-on experience in ELV or AV Systems.
