Responsibilities Ensure all outbound shipments are accurately verified against Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, permits, and supporting documentation before dispatch.

Provide onboarding, training, and continuous development on company policies,  SOPs, WMS, SAP  processes, and safety compliance requirements.

Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to ensure operational excellence.

Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations, documentation requirements, and standards.

Maintain warehouse security controls to safeguard personnel, inventory, equipment, and company assets.

Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing and supervising warehouse teams.

Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in  omni-channel or e-commerce  warehousing chain management is an advantage.

Class 3 driving license and forklift License will be an added advantage.

Hands-on experience with Warehouse  Management Systems (WMS), and Systems, Applications and Product (SAP) , or other inventory management systems.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, good leadership, and communication skills.
