Warehouse Operation Assistant - Paya Lebar, Office Hour only

Summary Benefits: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm; Saturday, 9am to 1pm

Location: Paya Lebar, Macpherson

Salary: $2,000 to $2,500

Exposure to warehouse, e-commerce and retail operations

No Experience required, training provided.

Job Responsibilities: Warehouse & Inventory Receive and check incoming stock Unpack, label, organise and store products neatly Prepare new products for store and online launches Pick and pack stock for store replenishment and transfers Conduct regular stock counts and keep inventory records updated Check and report any missing, damaged or incorrect stock Keep the warehouse clean, safe and well-organised

E-Commerce Fulfilment Pick, pack and prepare online orders for delivery Check products carefully before dispatch Prepare parcels for courier collection Handle customer returns and exchanges Support higher order volumes during sales campaigns, new launches and festive periods

Retail & Event Support Prepare stock for pop-ups, roadshows and events Help with event setup, stock movement and packing up after events Support retail and sales teams during major events when required Work closely with the retail and merchandising teams to ensure stock is available where needed
