Warehouse Lead - South-West 5 working days up to $3,500

Summary Benefits: 5 working days AWS Location: South-West Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch activities. Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to operational requirements. Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement, including regular stock checks and resolving discrepancies. Coordinate loading, unloading and delivery arrangements to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse, ensuring all staff follow workplace safety procedures. Provide on-the-job guidance and training to warehouse team members and support continuous improvement of warehouse processes. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations. Experience in leading and supervising warehouse staff. Possess a valid Forklift Licence and able to operate a forklift safely. Experience operating Reach Truck is an advantage. Able to handle receiving, picking, packing, loading, unloading, and stock management. Responsible, organised, and able to work independently. Good communication and teamwork skills. Able to work overtime when required.
