[Urgent] Logistics Executive/Logistics Coordinator - 5 working days

Summary Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Shipment Operations Manage end-to-end Air & Sea import/export operations, including FCL/LCL shipments, carrier bookings, cargo tracking and delivery arrangements.

Customs & Documentation Prepare, verify and issue shipping documents, including Notices of Arrival (NOA), Delivery Orders (DO), Bills of Lading (HBL/MBL), Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB), commercial invoices, packing lists and trade permits. Coordinate and ensure smooth Singapore Customs clearance for import and export shipments.

Client & Vendor Liaison Liaise with clients, ocean carriers, airlines, hauliers and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment operations and provide timely updates.

Quotations & Billing Calculate shipping costs, prepare and issue customer invoices, verify vendor rate sheets and provide shipping quotations to clients.

Problem Resolution Resolve operational delays, shipment discrepancies and customs clearance issues in a timely and effective manner.

Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs requirements, applicable international trade regulations and internal company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or logistics operations, preferably in freight forwarding or shipping with Air & Sea import/export exposure.
• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
• Responsible, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new processes and responsibilities.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
