Job Scope
- Lead the electrical and power team in supporting vessels during shipyard operations.
- Manage facility engineering projects involving electrical systems, HVAC, power supply, energy storage, plumbing, and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Conduct inspections and condition assessments of facility systems and recommend improvement plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation, maintenance schedules, and budgets.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance energy efficiency and facility performance.
Requirements
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial, Marine, or Infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, preventive maintenance, and facility operations.
