Responsibilities Chef de Partie (CDP) Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.

Ensure food quality and presentation are consistent.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages.

Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards.

Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff.

Requirements Candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Able to start work in short notice period.
