Job Responsibilities Manage and service existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities.

Follow up consistently on projects, quotations and sales leads to secure new orders.

Identify customer buying patterns and understand project requirements to recommend suitable products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Attend to customer enquiries professionally and provide effective product and sales support.

Conduct outdoor sales visits and develop business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector.

Job Requirements Minimum  O-Level  qualification with at least  2 years of outdoor sales experience .

Proven sales experience in  construction, building materials, plywood or related industries  is required.

Strong communication and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to negotiate and close sales.

Bilingual in  English and Chinese  to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking customers.

Possess a  valid driving licence and own transport , with the ability to work independently and manage customer visits.
