Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers within the semiconductor industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and promote the company's semiconductor equipment repair, refurbishment, and engineering solutions.
- Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
- Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate project schedules, service requirements, and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to identify business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of sales, account management, or business development experience in the semiconductor or engineering industry.
- Candidates with experience in semiconductor equipment, equipment servicing, repair, refurbishment, precision engineering, or industrial automation are highly preferred.
- Good understanding of technical products and ability to communicate engineering solutions to customers.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
