Industry: MNC – Industrial Sealing Products (Semicon) Salary: $4000-$4700 (Farming role, no commission) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Location: Goldhill Plaza, Singapore – 7 minutes’ walk from Novena MRT Benefits: Bonus, Medical & Dental Claims, Company Handphone, Travel Allowance Job Highlights Japanese MNC specialising in industrial sealing products, mainly O-rings Mainly serving semiconductor and equipment manufacturers Farming role with focus on maintaining and growing existing customer accounts Japanese-speaking ability is required for business communication Job Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with semiconductor and equipment manufacturers through regular customer visits and follow-ups. Manage existing customer accounts and understand their requirements, projects, and future business needs. Recommend suitable sealing products and technical solutions based on customer requirements. Follow up on quotations, orders, sales forecasts, customer requirements, and inventory matters. Monitor market trends, customer activities, competitor products, and industry developments. Work closely with teams in Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, and the US to support customer requirements. Support sales and marketing activities and provide regular updates to management. Travel within Singapore and Southeast Asia when required. Requirements Japanese-speaking ability for business communication. Relevant experience in the semiconductor industry. Experience in sales, account management, or business development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Independent, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.
