Job Requirements Previous experience in retail sales, customer service or frontline roles will be an advantage. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs. Comfortable with product recommendations, upselling and achieving sales targets . Positive, proactive and responsible with good teamwork and interpersonal skills. Willing to work according to retail operating hours, weekends and public holidays when required.

Job Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers, understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations . Drive sales through product demonstrations, upselling and excellent customer service while working towards sales targets. Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, merchandising, cashiering and maintaining store standards .
