Retail Assistant - Fashion Boutique, 5 days work week

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations.
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions.
• Support daily retail operations, including product display and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean and organised store environment.
• Assist with stock checking and inventory-related tasks.
• Handle customer feedback and enquiries professionally.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in retail, customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Responsible, positive and willing to learn.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays where required.
