Responsibilities: Handle both pre-contract and post-contract administration for assigned projects

Review specifications, prepare quantity take-offs, and support costing/tendering works

Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on project matters

Ensure compliance with contractual terms and support project team on commercial matters

Assist in resolving contractual and cost-related issues with stakeholders

Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontractors within budget

Prepare and manage progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts

Monitor project costs and ensure proper documentation is maintained

Attend site meetings and support overall project coordination

Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field

Relevant QS experience in M&E / construction projects has advantage

Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract work

Familiarity with Civil/ ACMV/ M&E projects is preferred

Experience in LTA projects will be an advantage
