Summary Basic $3000-$4500 AWS+Bonus Mon-Fri, Office Hour Location: North region Industry: Civil/P&S Responsibilities Handle quantity take-off, measurement, and cost estimation. Prepare tender documents, quotations, and cost comparison. Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare and evaluate progress claims and payment certificates. Manage and evaluate Variation Orders (VO). Monitor project costs and ensure budget control. Review BQ, drawings, and contract documents. Assist with contract administration and final accounts. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. Perform other QS duties as assigned. Requirements Candidate with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
