QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR (PRINTING & MANUFACTURING)

At least 1 year of QC, QA, printing or manufacturing experience will be an advantage. Familiar with quality inspection, measuring instruments and QC equipment , with good visual and colour recognition. Able to understand and communicate product specifications in English; basic Mandarin communication skills will be an advantage. Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn, with the ability to work independently and support overtime when required. Job Responsibilities Perform in-process and finished product inspections , including final inspection, lot approval and product release according to quality requirements. Conduct in-process audits , identify defects and report quality findings to Machine Operators, Supervisors and the Quality team. Maintain accurate inspection reports, quality records and documentation , while approving, rejecting or quarantining non-conforming products. Assist with root cause analysis, corrective actions, customer complaints and quality improvement projects . Operate QC inspection and measuring equipment, follow QMS and workplace safety procedures, and support other quality-related duties assigned by the Manager.
