Project Engineer / Site Coordinator (M&E, Healthcare, Structured Cabling )

Multiple Location: Islandwide

Job Scope: Plan, coordinate, and supervise M&E/MEP works from design to project completion.

Monitor project progress, site installation, quality, and work schedules.

Review drawings and identify discrepancies or technical issues.

Prepare and manage method statements, shop drawings, RFIs, RFAs, and technical submissions.

Coordinate material procurement, fabrication, delivery, and site installation.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on technical and project matters.

Coordinate M&E drawings and ensure proper documentation and filing.

Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.

Manage QA/QC inspections and maintain site inspection and testing & commissioning records.

Attend project, site, design, and technical meetings and follow up on outstanding issues.

Assist with progress claims, variation works, and cost control.

Coordinate M&E works with other departments and trades to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor and resolve technical issues to ensure projects are completed according to schedule and quality requirements.

Job Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent.

Minimum of 1-2 years in M&E project management or coordination will be an added advantage

Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations will be an added advantage
