Job Responsibilities Lead project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Manage risk, expenditure and change control , ensuring project activities remain aligned with contractual and financial requirements. Monitor and report Earned Value (EV) across design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning. Work closely with the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders to track project performance and identify potential delays or cost issues. Ensure project controls and reporting support timely, cost-effective and compliant project delivery .

Job Requirements 8–10 years of relevant project controls experience within the construction, infrastructure or engineering industry. Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement and reporting . Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project . Experience with Earned Value Management, risk management and change control is preferred. Demonstrated experience working in digital engineering and construction delivery environments , with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
