Program/Planner Executive, Up to $4,500, Flexible working hour, East

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and coordinate delivery planning and scheduling.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates.
• Monitor daily shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Follow up with Production on production status and shipment progress.
• Liaise with Purchasing, Production, Quality and Logistics teams on delivery plans.
• Work closely with Purchasing to plan according to customers' forecasted demand.
• Handle ECO/ECN and facilitate the implementation of engineering and process changes.
• Handle and follow up on RMA-related enquirie s and issues.
• Prepare costing and RFQs for customers.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
