Production Technician (Semiconductor Assembly & Material Handling) - Tai Seng

Job Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly, wiring and cable assembly works, including wire harnesses, multi-conductor, coaxial, twin-ax, tri-ax, power and flat cable assemblies according to drawings and production instructions. Use basic hand tools and production equipment , such as power screwdrivers, soldering irons, crimpers, heat guns, clamp machines, pinning machines and automatic wire strippers. Support material handling, inventory transactions and cycle count activities , while maintaining production quality, output and workplace standards.

Job Requirements Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in production, manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics assembly or similar environments. Possess basic knowledge and experience using hand tools for assembly or production work. Able to read and follow technical drawings, process documents, work instructions and basic wire colour codes . Willing to perform hands-on repetitive assembly work and meet daily production output and quality requirements.
