Product Quality Engineer (Semicon) [Salary: $5500 + AWS + VB]

Your tasks
- Lead supplier evaluation, auditing, and qualification to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and company quality standards.
- Monitor supplier performance (DPPM, audit results, 8D response) and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Lead APQP and PPAP activities and support project transfers from internal manufacturing to contract manufacturers, including on-site validation and pilot runs.
- Manage supplier quality issues from IQC, production, and customer feedback using 8D methodology and SCAR processes.
- Collaborate closely with design, supply chain, production, and global teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Identify supply chain quality risks and ensure compliance with industry and customer-specific requirements.
- Apply quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, DOE, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab/JMP) to support process improvement.
Requirements
- Candidate with Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering are welcome to apply.
- Candidate with strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D methodologies are welcome to apply.
