Summary Basic $3000-$3500 AWS+Bonus Mon-Fri, office hour Location: east region Semiconductor MNC Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and coordinate delivery schedules. Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates. Monitor daily shipment schedules and delivery status. Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. Follow up on production and shipment progress to meet customer requirements. Work closely with Purchasing to manage customer forecasts and demand planning. Coordinate and implement ECO/ECN changes with relevant departments. Handle customer RMA enquiries and follow up on related issues. Prepare costing and RFQ submissions for customers. Support overall order management and customer service activities.
