Outbound Call Center Officer

Summary:

Competitive salary of $2,500 - $3,800 (Yearly increment)

5 work days, Office hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally, with empathy and care
• Follow up on hospital bill payments and manage receivables
• Provide billing information and support patient inquiries
• Assist customers in navigating digital payment portal services
• Send statements of accounts and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring quality service

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Minimum Higher Secondary / Pre-U / A-Level / College education or relevant certification.
• Call centre experience is an advantage; entry-level candidates are welcome.
