Responsibilities: Living Care Associate Deliver personalised hospitality and companionship to residents by proactively anticipating their needs, actively listening to their wishes and concerns, and fostering a comfortable, respectful, and homely living environment.

Support residents' daily routines and lifestyle preferences, cultivating a warm and inviting atmosphere that promotes comfort, independence, and overall quality of life.

Monitor residents' general well-being, including observing changes in behaviour or physical condition, and promptly escalate any concerns to the supervisory team.

Maintain residents' living spaces to a high hospitality standard, reflecting a service-oriented approach akin to hotel or serviced residence environments.

Encourage and facilitate participation in social, recreational, and lifestyle activities to enhance residents' emotional and social well-being.

Ensure all care-related equipment is kept clean, functional, and compliant with hygiene

Healthcare Nursing Aide Assist clients with basic care needs and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being at all times.

Prioritise client comfort and safety by maintaining a secure environment and responding promptly to their needs.

Accurately document all nursing care provided, maintaining clear, detailed, and up-to-date client records.

Observe and monitor clients' physical health and general well-being, remaining vigilant for any changes in condition.

Immediately report any abnormalities, concerns, or significant changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisory staff.

Ensure the proper use, handling, and cleaning of medical equipment in strict accordance with infection control protocols.

Undertake any additional duties as delegated by the Staff Nurse, Nurse Manager, or Director of Nursing.
