NPI Engineer ($5000 + AWS + VB / 5 days)

Summary: Basic: $5000 + AWS + VB 5 days / Office Hours Location: North Industry: Integrated Hardware and Software Solutions for Semicon & Electronics Manufacturing (backend) Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day engineering support to manufacturing operations, resolving process, product, and production-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure on-time delivery. Analyze manufacturing processes, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve quality, yield, and productivity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, cycle time reduction, cost reduction, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S activities. Support engineering change implementation, new product introduction (NPI), product transfers, and manufacturing readiness activities. Develop, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, SOPs, and technical reports. Monitor manufacturing performance indicators and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing and business objectives.
