[No Experience Required] Production Operator (12hr Night Shift)

Responsibilities: Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce medical components. Operate semi-automated and fully automated assembly equipment. Monitor machine parameters, cycle times and material flow during production. Conduct visual and measurement inspections to ensure product quality. Identify and report defects such as short shots, flash, burns and warpage. Record production output, rejects and process deviations accurately. Report machine issues and quality abnormalities to supervisors. Assist with minor machine adjustments, cleaning and basic preventive maintenance. Follow ISO 13485, FDA and GMP requirements for medical manufacturing. Maintain cleanroom hygiene, PPE and workplace safety standards. Keep the workstation clean and organised according to 5S practices. Perform other production duties as assigned.

Requirements: No experience required – training will be provided. Willing to work in a 12-hour night shift environment. Comfortable working in a manufacturing / cleanroom environment.
