Job Responsibilities Support daily manufacturing operations , including equipment, tooling and process checks on the production floor. Assist with NPI, engineering builds, product trials and product transfer activities . Collect production data and assist Manufacturing Engineers with troubleshooting and corrective actions. Prepare and maintain work instructions, checklists, process records and manufacturing reports . Support engineering changes, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities while working closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams.

Job Requirements NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related disciplines. 1–3 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics, precision engineering or manufacturing environments is preferred. Experience supporting production operations, engineering builds, NPI or process improvement will be an advantage. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, troubleshooting and technical documentation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Good communication and teamwork skills, with a hands-on and responsible approach to work.

Additional Advantage: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, NPI, engineering changes, SPC, PFMEA, ERP/MRP or MES will be an advantage. Please submit your updated resume in MS Word format via the "Apply Now" button.
