Job Responsibilities Provide engineering support to manufacturing operations , troubleshooting process and production issues to minimise downtime. Analyse manufacturing processes, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve quality, yield and productivity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives , including process optimisation, cycle time reduction, cost reduction, Lean Manufacturing and 5S. Support NPI, product transfers, engineering changes and manufacturing readiness , including preparation of work instructions, SOPs and process documentation. Work closely with Production, Quality, Product Engineering and Supply Chain teams to improve manufacturing performance and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Engineering or related discipline. 2–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience , preferably in semiconductor, electronics, precision engineering, automation or equipment manufacturing. Experience in production support, process improvement, troubleshooting and root cause analysis . Familiarity with NPI, engineering changes, process validation and manufacturing documentation . Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different functions.

Advantageous Skills: Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, NPI, ERP/MRP or MES will be an advantage. Please submit your updated resume in MS Word format via the "Apply Now" button.
