Manufacturing Engineer ($5000 + AWS + VB / 5 days)

Summary: Basic: $5000 + AWS + VB 5 days / Office Hours Location: North Industry: Integrated Hardware and Software Solutions for Semicon & Electronics Manufacturing (backend) Responsibilities: Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations, resolving process, product, and production issues to minimize downtime and ensure on-time delivery. Analyze manufacturing processes, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance quality, yield, and productivity. Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, cycle time reduction, cost reduction, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S initiatives. Support engineering change implementation, new product introduction (NPI), product transfers, and manufacturing readiness activities. Develop, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, SOPs, and technical reports. Monitor manufacturing performance metrics and recommend improvements to boost operational efficiency. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to meet manufacturing and business objectives.
