Job Responsibilities: Support the planning and development of maintenance programs for engineering equipment and systems.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, maintenance manuals, spare parts data, and engineering records.

Coordinate with internal teams, customers, OEMs, and contractors to ensure project requirements and maintenance deliverables are completed on time.

Assist in maintenance planning, spare parts planning, and logistics coordination to support equipment reliability.

Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure documentation is updated accurately.

Support engineering projects by preparing reports, technical data, and maintenance-related deliverables.

Participate in technical discussions and provide engineering support throughout project execution.

Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and documentation standards.

Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience in maintenance planning, maintenance engineering, field service, technical support, or equipment servicing is preferred.

Candidates with Field Service Engineer or OEM equipment maintenance experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience liaising with contractors, customers, or project stakeholders will be an advantage.

Comfortable handling technical documentation, maintenance records, and planning-related tasks.

Basic understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance principles.

Knowledge of maintenance planning software or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) methodology is an advantage. Training will be provided.
