Location: Short walking distance from City Hall mrt Salary: Up to $3500 Working Hours: 5 days, 44 hours per week Rotating shifts, 4pm-5am (opening or closing shift) Company Transport Provided Fulltime, 10 days Annual Leave, Performance Bonus
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the lounge and ensure smooth service flow.
- Lead and guide the lounge team to maintain good service standards.
- Handle operational issues and ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Assist with staff scheduling, customer service and daily operational matters.
- Monitor the overall cleanliness, presentation and service standards of the lounge.
- Ensure customers receive a pleasant and professional experience.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a nightclub, lounge, bar or nightlife environment is preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working late-night and rotating shifts .
- Open to candidates with relevant experience who are willing to work in the nightlife industry.
