Summary Benefit : Basic up to $4000++

Responsibilities : Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with customer requirements.

Ensure full compliance with site safety regulations and standards.

Plan, coordinate, and lead lifting operations to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.

Direct and support the department in carrying out both routine and ad-hoc tasks.

Attend and contribute to daily meetings, including production and overtime discussions.

Identify training needs and support skill development within the team.

Monitor and manage project budgets, including manpower allocation and utilization.

Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives.

Conduct regular performance reviews to enhance staff productivity and growth.

Requirements : Relevant experience in marine, heavy industries, or construction sectors

Skilled in reading and interpreting both standard and complex lifting plans

Possess Certified Lifting Supervisor License
