Job Responsibilities Contact potential clients via phone and email to understand their needs, answer enquiries and provide relevant information. Qualify and categorise potential clients based on their requirements and arrange appointments for Show Suite previews with the Leasing & Marketing Team. Support the Leasing & Marketing Team with follow-ups, administrative coordination and other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or a related discipline . Strong English and Mandarin communication skills , with confidence in handling phone conversations and customer enquiries. Customer-service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills . Organised, proactive and able to manage client follow-ups and appointment coordination effectively. Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment and supporting leasing and marketing activities.
