Job Responsibilities Assist the Sommelier team with wine and beverage service according to outlet standards. Recommend suitable wines and beverages based on guests’ preferences and food selections. Assist with wine presentation, opening, pouring and proper service techniques. Maintain accurate wine inventory, cellar organisation and stock levels . Ensure proper storage and handling of wines and beverages. Provide professional and personalised service to enhance the overall guest experience.

Job Requirements Previous experience in wine service, beverage service or fine-dining hospitality is preferred. Good knowledge or strong interest in wines, spirits and other beverages. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional service attitude. Relevant wine certification such as WSET or equivalent will be an advantage.
